All work completed by R.WARNER DOMESTIC SERVICES carries a full 12 month guarantee against faulty products or workmanship. Should you have a fault with any item or work within the 12 month period then We will appoint one of our qualified engineers to return and repair the fault at no cost to you. If for some reason the item or work can’t be repaired then it will be replaced with a like for like or better item at no cost to you.
Temporary repairs are not covered under the warranty.
If the customer supplied the materials at fault and they are correctly installed then a charge will be made.
If the item is covered by the manufactories then they will be booked by me to visit and correct the fault (normally on site).
If the items have not been looked after or used incorrectly then the guarantee on that item will be void.
Boiler servicing does not mean that the unit will not breakdown and if this should happen the work may be chargeable.
If the work or item has been altered in anyway the guarantee will be void.
If any other company has carried out work on the item or installation that may have altered it the guarantee maybe void - please speak to me first.
R.WARNER DOMESTIC SERVICES is a member of NAPIT competent person scheme and all work that is building regulations notified carries a 5 year warranty - firstly please contact us to discuss any issues and to confirm the work is covered under this warranty.
